When administering oral medications to individual animals, it can be difficult to ensure that the entire dose is swallowed as some may spill out of the mouth or, in the case of camelids, be spat out. Make medicating easier by using this drenching syringe: place the long nozzle into the side of the mouth and aim to the back so that the medication gets to the back of the mouth to be swallowed. It’s much harder for the animal to spit it out.
